That's why small-batch production and our grown-to-order approach are such important parts of what we do.

Better Planning

Knowing what our restaurants and regular customers typically order allows us to plan upcoming trays around real demand rather than simply guessing.

Fresher Harvests

Planning production also helps us harvest around scheduled orders, keeping the journey between our grow racks and our customers as short as possible.

Less Waste

Microgreens have a relatively short usable life after harvest. Growing intentionally helps reduce the chances of producing large amounts of fresh food without a customer waiting for it.

Small by Choice

Noble Planter may be a small local grower — and we're perfectly happy with that.

It allows us to stay involved in the details, communicate directly with our customers, and focus on producing microgreens with a purpose.
