Refund policy

Noble Planter has a no return policy, which means if you have an issue with our produce, you email us at info@npgreens.com with pictures of your product purchased. Explain why you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to either replace or substitute your produce.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the package and contact us immediately if the produce you received is wrong, diseased or not to your satisfaction so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as herbs, flowers, microgreens, microgreen subscription boxes, or vegetable plants), beginner boxes, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or replacements on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of products that Noble Planter offers, true exchanges are not able to be done. If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to "exchange" it, you contact us at info@npgreens.com and we will try to resolve the issue. 

Refunds
Refunds for exchanges will be issued as store credit, except in cases of damage, disease, poor quality or incorrect delivery.
