Subscription FAQ's
When will my subscription be delivered?
Deliveries are made on Mondays. Bi-weekly subscriptions are delivered during week 1 and week 3 of each month. Monthly subscriptions are delivered once per month.
When will I be charged?
Billing occurs every 4 weeks. Your card is charged at checkout and on each renewal cycle.
Why didn't I receive my order right away?
Microgreens are grown to order. Orders placed close to the weekly cutoff may be scheduled for the next delivery cycle to allow proper growing times.
Are the microgreens grown fresh for my order?
Yes. All microgreens are grown and harvested specifically for you selection to ensure peak freshness and flavor. This also helps with shelf life since there is no wasted time in a warehouse or through delivery.
What happens if I start my subscription between delivery weeks?
Your first delivery may be scheduled for the next available delivery cycle to align with growing and harvesting schedules.
Can I skip or pause my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be managed through your customer account. Changes must be made before the weekly cutoff to apply to the next delivery.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes. You can switch between bi-weekly and monthly plans through your account settings.
What if I need to update my address or payment method?
You can update your delivery address and payment details at any time through your customer account.
What if there is a holiday or unexpected delay?
If a holiday or unforeseen event affects delivery, customers will be notified in advance with updated delivery information.
